William Golding had various haircuts during his career. He reached fame as an outstanding writer, poet, novelist, screenwriter and science fiction writer. However, the British novelist, poet, playwright and Nobel Prize for Literature laureate was especially known for his remarkable sense of fashion and his delightful character. Before his tragic demise at age 82 he was repeatedly in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids because of his marvelous hair.
